Terms

- Lifetime membership means the life of this site or you can think of it as a one time fee -
- Tube license is a "lifetime" tube license -
-Tube License will be included in all membership prices -
- Updates will be done 2 to 4 times a month -

- You must put one of my membership logos or a text link on your site and link back to http://www.pinkydinkypixels.com/.
- You have 7 days after your subscription to add the logo in your membership page. I will check my members sites to see if you have the logo. If you don't display your members logo on your site within required time, your membership will be suspended until you add it.
- You may not share or give your password to anyone for any reason. Anyone who is found to be in violation with my terms will be immediately removed from my membership and no refunds will be given.
- No refunds will be given.
- I reserve the right to change these terms of use without notice.

OUTLINES
- you must color them before using them -
- You may make web-sets, adoptions, sig-tags, and pre-mades for your personal use or to sell -
- You may not make tubes or gif or jpeg with your results unless you have a membership -
- If you use your result to make web-sets or IM stationeries, please give me credit on each web-set and stationery -

- You can not remove a part of any outline to put on another one -
- You may not redistribute any of these outlines non colored -
- You are not allowed to make any type of tutorials with these outlines -
- You may not claim them as your own -

TUBES
- You may make web-sets, adoptions, sig-tags, and pre-mades.
- If you use my graphics to make web-sets or IM stationeries, please give me credit on each web-set and stationery -
- You may not copy or reproduce these graphics in any form and claim them as your work -
- You may not make tubes or gif or jpeg with them -
- You can not write tutorials with these graphics -
- You may not offer them for download or share them in groups: yahoo, msn, google -
- You may not modify, resize, alter or recolor them -

TUBE LICENCE
- Do not share your tube license with anyone, all licenses will be named so I know who has purchased one -
- The tube license is valid only for one website -
- You must display the tube license logo or text link on each page the tubes are put and link back to my website -
-The text link can be no smaller then this:: PinkyDinkyPixels
- Tubes you have make with these outlines are still the copyright to the original Artist and their terms need to be followed.
- Do not claim them as your own -
- You can make tubes with these outlines to offer for download or to sell as tube packages on your free site or in your member's area. This license gives you the right to tube any outline once it they have been colored -
- Colored tubes are never to be sold As-Is -
- Doll outlines need to be fully dressed. You must offer them with clothing -
- You can not share tubes made with these outlines in groups: yahoo, msn, google -
- If you are co-owners or partners of your site, each co-owner has to be a member of PinkyDinkyPixels and have a Tube License to make tubes -
- This tube license is a "lifetime" tube license -
